Below is an email we just received from NYC’s department of buildings, Greener-greater-buildings-plan. A city agency promoting energy efficiency improvements, and providing information about important issues with benchmarking requirements that have taken affect.
We are re-publishing it here because it’s important information and many NYC buildings owners do not get these types of emails because they don’t know how or where to sign up for these types of updates. (To subscribe, send an email to GGBPdigest@cityhall.nyc.gov and just say “put me on the list.”)
For professional LL84 help, contact us and get your building back on track with ll84 requirements, learn about energy saving strategies and find out of NYSERDA can help finance the project all at the same time. JS-
